Studio Suite ("we", "us", or "our") operates a studio management platform for independent photographers. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information in three categories:

• Account information. Name, email address, and authentication details you provide when signing up.
• Business & client data. Information you enter about your studio, sessions, clients, contracts, invoices, and communications. This data belongs to your workspace.
• Usage & technical data. Device, browser, and interaction data collected automatically to operate and improve the service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Studio Suite platform;
• Process bookings, payments, contracts, and galleries you create;
• Send transactional and, with your consent, marketing communications;
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

When you connect a third-party mailbox (such as Google Workspace), Studio Suite acts on your behalf to send messages you compose. Message content is processed solely to deliver the message and is not used for advertising. You may disconnect a mailbox at any time from your settings.

We do not sell your information. We share data only with service providers that support our operations (for example, hosting, email delivery, and payment processing) under written agreements that restrict their use of the data. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

You may export or request deletion of your workspace data at any time. Account data is retained for the life of your account and deleted within a reasonable period after cancellation. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access controls, and row-level database isolation between workspaces. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable measures.

Our services are directed to photography professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect photographs of minors directly — any images of minors are uploaded by the photographer operating the account.
