Terms of Service

Last updated: August 28, 2026

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Studio Suite (the "Service"), operated by Studio Suite. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the content and data you upload, including ensuring you have the rights to store and share client information and images through the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to store, send, or display unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
  • Attempt to access another user's workspace or data without authorization;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or security;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the Service except as permitted by law;
  • Send unsolicited commercial email through the Service in violation of applicable law.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content and client data you upload. You grant Studio Suite a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. We do not use your content to train models or for advertising.

Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including third-party providers such as email or payment services.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example, Google Workspace, payment processors, and lab fulfillment providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Studio Suite is not responsible for their practices.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Suite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time and will note the revised date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@studiosuite.org.
